PRESTAMEWAH DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. was incorporated in the year 2001 as a holding company to combine the various property development companies into a single Group. We are used to acquire potential parcels of land for developments. To prove to ourselves that we are capable in handling even bigger schemes, we have started two (2) joint development projects with State Agencies namely with YAYASAN MELAKA and YAYASAN ISLAM PERLIS. Meantime, we specialize in joint ventures with individual landowners and turn their land into value-added real property with high returns.

PRESTAMEWAH DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. and its subsidiaries and associate companies have a total sales value worth of RM218 million comprising a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties at various strategic locations in Bandar Utama, Gombak, Seri Kembangan, Klang Town Centre, Kapar, Kuala Selangor, Pauh Town in Arau, Perlis, and also Bachang Melaka.

Our completed projects were the 4-Storey Shop Offices at Lebuh Beringin in Port Klang and Taman Sri Abong Mulia in Muar, Johor that prepared us for the Group's current aggressive expansion programme.
